We keep the right to increase prices if the worsening energy crisis and the continuation of the war in Ukraine make it necessary.

Seasonal pitch (requires the use of own electricity meter)

In pricing, we have taken into account the accommodation level, prices, demand, and location in Rovaniemi.
Price includes:
Seasonal pitch 1.10.2025 – 30.4.2026
Service building with kitchen, showers, toilets, chemical toilet disposal and grey water disposal point, water filling point
Public sauna shifts (the sauna will be renovated during August–October)
Wifi
Location:
1.2 km to Rovaniemi city centre, close to Ounasvaara Ski Resort, next to Koskipuisto Park where the city organizes the New Year’s Eve fireworks.
Seasonal pitch agreement:
Condition: the resident must have their own electricity meter.
The seasonal pitch holder agrees not to sublet the caravan/plot.
Electricity €0.28/kWh with own meter. Electricity is charged on the last day of each month.
Limited number of pitches available, with many advance reservations already received.
