Distances: City Centrum 1,2km (restaurants, shopping malls, museums, shops) Ounasvaara´s nature, skiing centrum 1,3km, Santa Claus Village at the Arctic Circle is only 8 km(buses from the city or book a private transfer with us). How do we access the campsite?

Drive along the main road E75 (E4) toward Rovaniemi.

Turn onto road 78 (Ranua–Kajaani) — continue toward the city center.

Cross the Jätkänkynttilä Bridge, and immediately after the bridge, turn right toward Ounaskoski Camping.

Drive about 0.5 km from the bridge to Jäämerentie 1.

Until when is the campsite open in the autumn?
Our campsite is open until September. We are actively working towards year-round opening hours.

How do you take sustainable tourism into account in your operations?
We take care of recycling on our site, prioritize domestic products in our shop, are committed to developing sustainable tourism, and incorporate local culture and Lapland heritage into our operations.

What services are included in your basic fee?
Our basic fee includes everything you need: restroom facilities, showers, public sauna sessions, dishwashing and laundry facilities, a cooking shelter, greywater and waste water disposal, and fresh water refills.

Do I need to notify you of my arrival in advance?
We recommend making a reservation in advance, especially during the busiest seasons.
